Community Veterinary Clinic is looking for a Client Care Specialist to join our small animal practice in the beautiful neighborhood of Bay View. Applicants should have previous experience working the front desk in a veterinary clinic. Tasks will include but are not limited to: answering phone calls and emails from clients in a timely manner, route emails and phone messages to recipients, schedule appointments maximizing the number of pets that we can care for throughout the day, counsel clients on information related to patient care and treatment, maintain accurate inventory of office supplies and over-the-counter medications, invoice charges and collect payments, and assist veterinarians and technicians with pets as necessary.
